The Governor's ImPAct awards recognizes companies from throughout the state in five categories: Jobs First, Community Impact, Small Business Impact, Entrepreneurial Impact and Export Impact. This award is given to a company that exemplifies the tenet of "doing well by doing good." The winners in this category show a sustained commitment to the growth and development of its employees and the community(ies) in which it does business. Clark was a finalist in the Community Impact category.

The Tri-County Workforce Investment Board, Inc. presented an Employer of the Year Award in each county in Armstrong, Butler and Indiana Counties for employers who have significantly contributed to the workforce development system within the region. This award highlights the collaboration of business and workforce investment in three counties.
